How to delete your ZRemote account

You can delete your ZRemote Cloud account at any time, from this page. No email exchange and no support ticket are required.

How to do it

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account, then Delete.
  3. Type your email and password to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account and the email address linked to it.
  • Every computer paired with the account, which stops being reachable remotely.
  • All active sessions and access tokens, on every device.
  • The history of remote sessions recorded for the account.

When it takes effect

Immediately. Deletion is irreversible and there is no recovery window: once confirmed, the account cannot be restored.

What is kept, and why

Billing and tax records tied to a purchase are retained for the period required by law, because we are obliged to keep them. They are not used to identify you afterwards. Subscriptions bought through Google Play are cancelled in the Play Store, not here — deleting the account does not refund or stop a Google Play subscription.

Cannot sign in?

If you lost access to the account, reset your password first. If that is not possible either, write to us from the email address on the account and we will handle the deletion for you.

Write to support@zremote.app from the address on the account. Writing from a different address gives us no way to confirm the account is yours, and in that case we cannot delete it.

Subscription and apps

Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are two separate things. The subscription is cancelled in Google Play, under Subscriptions; the account is deleted here. Doing one does not do the other.

Uninstalling the apps clears what is stored on your phone and PC, but it does not delete the Cloud account — use the steps above for that.
