The licence you get
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ZRemote Control on the number of computers and phones your plan allows.
The software is licensed, not sold. You may not resell it, rent it, sublicense it, or redistribute modified copies. You may not remove licensing checks or circumvent the trial period.
Trial and paid plans
The trial runs for 10 days from first installation with the full feature set. When it expires the PC app stops accepting connections until a valid licence key is entered. No files are deleted.
Licence keys are cryptographically signed and may be locked to a single computer. If you replace that computer or reinstall Windows, contact support and we will reissue the key.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; the licence stays valid until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
The 10-day trial exists so you can be sure before paying. If you still find the product does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google’s refund process.
How you may use it
Only on computers you own, or on computers whose owner has given you permission. ZRemote is built to be visible: the PC displays a notice when someone connects, and the tray icon is always present. Do not use it to monitor or control anyone without their knowledge and consent.
You are responsible for keeping your account password strong and private. Anyone with your credentials, on your network, can control your PC.
- Do not use ZRemote for unlawful access to systems you do not control.
- Do not use it to conceal surveillance of another person.
- Do not attempt to defeat the licensing, the encryption or the access notification.
Availability and support
ZRemote works over your own network. We do not operate a relay service, so we cannot guarantee that any particular network, router or VPN configuration will work. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will appear in the release notes. If you breach these terms, the licence may be terminated. You can stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
